New generation of automatic rotating ring wrapping machine to wrap and stabilize loads on pallets with stretch film. The Genesis Cube comes from the development of the previous Robopac® Sistemi rotating ring wrapping machines and it also operates without sliding electrical contacts, ensuring safety, reducing the overall weight and balancing rotating masses.
The Cube Genesis adopts the patented external motorization of the pre-stretch carriages BPSV (BRUSHLESS POWER VARIABLE STRETCH) through which you can define the maximum force to load of the stretch film on the product. The value of the pre-stretched film applied on the load, continuously variable allowing to assume all the values of the scale up 0 to 400%, it is extremely accurate and assure a greater control of the consumption of film.
It's also possible set different pre-stretch values within the same wrapping cycle, without interrupting the wrap.
All this allows savings in electric consumption, in maintenance and of the plastic material used for wrap, making shorter the payback time.
