Part of a new generation of case sealers that's shaping the future of packaging
Today, the demand for fast, dependable and cost-efficient case sealing is strong. Tomorrow, it will be even stronger. 3M's new generation of case sealers is designed to meet both.
Our new case sealing machines are specialty designed to be versatile, effective and productive. They're sturdy, compact and easy to install. The new AccuGlide™ II Taping Head and unique alternate outboard tape roll mount represent 3M's commitment to innovation as the industry leader in case sealing systems. And 3M-Matic™ components are available worldwide, just one example of how 3M case sealers are built with the demands of global businesses in mind.
Ideal for a variety of box sizes, the versatile 3M-Matic 700r Random Case Sealer seals up to 15 cases per minute, automatically adjusting to each box's height and width. The patented AccuGlide II Taping Head precisely applies a full range of Scotch™ brand box sealing tapes. The pneumatically operated pacing station holds empty cases for filling and automatically centers them for sealing. Both taping heads can be removed easily for cleaning and maintenance.
Upper mast travel can be restricted during long runs of similar size cases to improve productivity. Additionally, a repositionable upper mast collar lock enables fast, precise sealing of runs of uniform RSCs. A gearmotor drive provides heavy-duty performance. And the functional design saves floor space.
Standard features include a pneumatic packing station, an upper tape roll bracket attached to the machine for easier tape mounting, friction brake drums to prevent tape overrun and provide more consistent tape application, an easy-to-reach alternate outboard tape roll mount for the lower head, and easy-to-install laced replacement belts. Safety features include a centrally located emergency off switch, upper belt guards, knife guard, safety labeling and a newly designed packing station that includes a safety conveyor and centering arm guard. Additional features are available as options.
